This License Agreement covers the current version of Spaceforce: Captains. Provox d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the terms of this License Agreement at any moment, and without prior notification, in future releases of this product.

You do not own Spaceforce: Captains rather Provox d.o.o. grants you the non-exclusive right to use Spaceforce: Captains for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not modify, copy, duplicate, reproduce, license or sublicense Spaceforce: Captains or any portion thereof, or transfer or convey Spaceforce 2 or any portion thereof or any right in Spaceforce: Captains to anyone else without the prior written consent of Provox d.o.o. You may not commercially exploit Spaceforce 2 or use it for any commercial purpose without prior and explicit written permission from Provox d.o.o.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF SPACEFORCE 2 IS WITH YOU. SHOULD SPACEFORCE 2 PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE FULL COST OF REPAIR, SERVICING, OR CORRECTION LIES WITH YOU.

SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT PAY, ANY AMOUNT OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON LOST REVENUE OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF SPACEFORCE 2, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PROVOX d.o.o.
